Annual General Meeting
Annual General Meeting with Financial Report and election of Officers.
In Accordance with the by-laws:
By-Law 8 Annual Meeting
An Annual Meeting of the Area Council will be held every year, normally in the month of December
Notice of the Annual Meeting shall be given to each local having membership in the Area Council no less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting. Such notice will include but not be limited to:
i) date and location of the meeting.
ii) deadline for receipt of nominations established by the Nomination Committee.
iii) a copy of the current By-Laws.
By-Law 9 Delegates
For the purpose of representation at a Area Council Meeting, each affiliated local will be entitled to two (2) delegates having full voice and voting rights for the first 500 members and one (1) for each additional 500 members or major fraction thereof.
Positions up for election are: 1.Vice, Secretary, Treasurer

Deadline for written submission is the end of business of Wednesday December 10, 2014.
A nomination submitted to the Nomination Committee shall be in writing, signed by the nominator and seconder and signed by the nominee signifying that he/she will accept office if elected. Nominations will be accepted from the floor.
The nomination committee is comprised of sister Linda Cross and br. Richard McNeill.
